Some Ambient to start the day:

A little stretch sesh:

I always feel better after a stretch. Here’s a yummy little pilates routine. I am loving the entire series so far too so check it out if you are so compelled but I am also down for the torture so there’s that to consider as well 😅 This one though is nice and gentle with a tiny little ab section at the end. Give it a go and let me know how it feels.
Pulled my hamstring trying to get my leg up a wall two weeks ago (LOL. A story for another time..)
This has been a huge help in keeping active in the meantime without putting too much pressure on the injury. Bridges and some of the other moves also happen to coincide with recommended PT exercises to help heal the injury so works out nicely.

For strains or injuries:

This is not medical advice of course but for the aforementioned hamstring healing exercises this was such a huge help with lots more available on Youtube. A different video recommended an icing and heating sequence soon after the injury which I didn’t have time for but it’s out there and seemed worth it time permitting.
My neck, my back, my shoulders, they all crack. Yes, that was a terrible reference to Kkia’s timeless classic.
That aside the first three exercises alone made a huge difference right off the bat.
Now to integrating this to my daily routine…….
